Hi, Me and family boarded ksrtc airavat bus 2030mysekm (Mysore to ernakulam) on 11 sep 2019. The bus had glass pieces and luckily we did not get injured. Also the wiper was not working. The side mirror was broken. The bus reached the destination with more than 5 hrs delay. This caused me loss of work day and plans of family.
