Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — bus service from pondicherry to bangalore

My pnr is j78953710. I along with my friends were travelling from pondicherry to bengaluru on 22/09/2019 route bus number ka 40 f 846. There was water leakage in the bus through the window, me and my other friend got fully drenched in water. We are facing health consequences now. Even after reporting the leakage to the driver there was no action taken.
