Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Buses refuses to go to shaktinagar bus stand

Buses from raichur to Hyderabad, crossing shaktingara, not taking passengers for shaktingar at 4:00 AM.
They straight away refuses that, they won't go to shaktinagar station. I have been waiting in raichur station since 2 o clock DATE: 28/11/2020. None of the buses are taking. Very sad, they runs on there own rules.
Against public. How they can refuse to approach a bus stand in between.
