Pls look at both screenshot attached below.
Your person was asking me to open the app and go to booking history.. but there is no booking history option available in the app and the cancel ticket option does not work. It gives error as given in the previous app.
This is clearly an issue with your app and your person was Misguiding me to go through the app and find this option which is not available.
Because of your irresponsible behavior i could not cancel on time and now you are saying time is over which is totally unfair to me. I have been trying to cancel from 5.30pm. screenshot attached
