Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Cancellation of ticket on the day of travel and no arrangement made

Hi team, i booked a ticket to travel from bangalore to pune and kstrc ppl canceled the ticket saying that the bus is under maintenance and there are no other but going on that route. They did not arrange any transport for us.
Also when called to the customer care number people started speaking to us rudely. Saying you need to arrange a travel. Also could when give to maintenance team the person was not able to speak and convey anything nor he was understanding anything.
