Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Child fare and misbehavior of conductor | |||||
Hello sir /madam We took a ksrtc sleeper from adoni to bangalore dated 11 june 2017 service number f533. We have booked two tickets for 2 adults (2 ladies). We had a kid of height 119 cm and 7 years. While booking ticket online, there is no mention of child ticket or no option to select as child, hence we did not enter any details. The online option does not talk about child fare rules and regulations as well. While getting into the bus the conductor told we have to take ticket for the kid. We mentioned if he gives us a berth, we will take it. There was only seat and he gave that to somebody else. He charged child fare ticket and not given any berth, while arguing he stops the bus and asked us ladies to get down the bus. How could he even ask 2 ladies with kid to get down from the bus at 10:20 pm ist when we hold 2 reserved tickets and speak so rashly with women. I would like you to take this complaint seriously and take action on the conductor and also provide us the refund as we did not get berth and paid the money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We are going (MOTHER, two kids.kids age is 12 and 9years.conducter asking full ticket for 9 years kid also.My son is 4th standard. I said him I have proof of adhar card, school identity card and birth certificate.but he is shouting and took the full ticket for all.in spot i showed him proof but he took full ticket for 9 years kid also).Bengaluru to Hindupur .the bus number is KA 40, F.1292 .conductor speaks rashly That's why y we took full.pls take a complaint and refund my amount.
