Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred on 19 May 2023 at approximately 11:40PM at night involving one of your bus conductors. I feel it is important to bring this matter to your attention.
On the aforementioned date and time, I, along with my brother and my 6 months old baby, approached the bus numbered KA26 F7816 with the intention to board and reach Dharwad. However, to our dismay, the bus conductor on duty refused to allow us to board the bus saying the bus will leave from there after 12:30.
Furthermore, when questioned about the route and destination, the conductor provided inaccurate information, leading us to believe that the bus would follow a specific route. However, after we boarded the bus, it became evident that the conductor has misled us. And it go via Dharwad only.
We relied on the bus service to transport us to our desired destinations promptly and efficiently, only to be met with an uncooperative conductor who not only denied us entry but also gave misleading route information.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against the bus conductor involved. It is imperative that your staff members understand the importance of providing accurate information and ensuring that passengers are treated with respect and fairness.
Failure to address this matter appropriately may result in the escalation of this complaint to the relevant consumer protection authorities and the sharing of my negative experience with other potential customers.
