Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — complaint regarding ladies allocated seats

I booked ksrtc airavat bus for 13-12-18from tirupati to banglore on 8-12-18 being a female i booked before my journey date. But the conductor allocated my next seat to one male who haven't booked before. I questioned him but he was rude to me and asked to change my seat to some other. This is not at fair, please take necessary action on him. Providing the details of my journey
