Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Conductor bad behaviour

I am come from malnad collage hassan to city bus stand ...I am giving 20 rupes he doesn't give change and he write single line in the back side of ticket ..in city bus stand I am asking for change he gave me 2 rupees i told that iam giving 20rupes he talks in bad words and push me and beats me ...but iam not done anything because he his in duty ...what action u should take please ...bus number ka. 13.
