Respected sir / madam. My wife travelled on by ksrtc bus : pnr :t78128960, journey date :30-aug-2019 20:11, trip code :2011bngkmt, bus number :f 1439, depot :kumta, crew mobile no:[protected]. She had e-ticket in mobile which is the forward message from my mobile, as i have booked the ticket. She had valid identity card as proof. As ticket is in message which is forwarded by other mobile, conductor insisted for printed ticket, inspite of having id proof. Conductor was rude with her on this, inspite of she telling goverment is forcing not to use paper, but you are insisting. Kindly help in this regard & give us justice. Thanks & regards Rajesh Mob.
