Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — conductor not issuing luggage ticket

I was carring car toy box which weighted for 10 kg but the box was big in size, the conductor took 125 Rs as luggage but did not issued the luggage ticket,
Even after asking for 2 times he ignored and did not issued the tickey.
