Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — Delaying of bus depot time. change bus timing that actual time to reach destination

I was traveling from HYDERABAD TO BELGAUM AC SLEEPER ON AT 9 .15 Pm . trip code.2114HYDBGM &On website while booking ticket to shown that bus will reach to belagaum by 8.00 AM .But actual it's arrived around 11 Am i.e 2-3 hr late. Don't make customer fool or misguide by providing false information.Do study or survey at what time it reaches to destination.
Because it's very disappointed. Kindly take note of this .Update timings of bus .
