Myself anitha miranda am at govt junior college kokkada and a frequent traveler from nellayadi to mangalore. Was travelling with co passengers from nellayadi to mangalore by (Bangalore - udupi) express bus and boarded at nellayadi, bus no ka - 40 - f -1191and paid a fare of rs 70/-
Ticket no 129280 for the journey, as we reached padil traffic was being diverted via maroli insteaded of regular pumpwell kankandy route due repairs. And the conductor of the bus requested all those from pumpwell kankandy jyothi route to board another ksrtc bus and fare need not be paid only the ticket to be shown.
As we boarded another bus and told the conductor about the incident and were being told by the previous bus conductor to show the ticket only the conductor objected and demanded additional fare to be paid, while we objected he asked the driver to stop the bus aside and rudely asked us to get down without even considering it was dark hours and there were women and elderly citizen. Without any option left we had to pay the fare. Following are the details of the bus.

I kindly request you take stern action against such rude behavior. Being a responsible citizen and doing a public job i hope he knows his duties while being appointed by your department. Please prove that at least the head of the department is more responsible and do sent tolerate such behavior by your employees.
Note:- please post a contact number in the inside of every bus for such complaints so that your department can be contacted immediately.
Its more important for the safety of passengers instead for advertisements.
Please verify the incident and refund us.
