Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — driver gets off passenger at wrong bus stand

Dear sir,

I had booked ticket for 29th sept 20:35 bus# ka57f747 to ernakulam. The driver wakes me up at 6.42am at thrissur and says stop has come. By the time got down and realised it is thrissur, the bus left. I tried running behind the bus trying to stop, but the driver just ignored. I request ksrtc team to take action on such drivers as they are cheating passengers and making money.
