I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent experience I had while utilizing KSRTC bus service. On Nov 27 at approximately 7:30 from Doddaballapura to kolar bus, I boarded [KA40 F1420] intending to disembark at Surya malleshwara arch near kolar, and their is a ksrtc bus stop board also is their... However, to my disappointment, the bus did not make the scheduled stop at this location.
This thing inconvenienced me significantly as 5km from the vemgal. And their is no proper Auto service also.
I value your service and have been a regular passenger, but this incident has left me dissatisfied and inconvenienced. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that the designated stops are adhered to, providing passengers with the service they expect and rely on.
