Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — I am complaining about the bus which was not proper

I was traveling from bangalore to somwarpet on 18th oct 2018. The bus they had provided was not in proper conditon the seats were almost torn, it was not clean, adjustment of seats was almost broken for most of the seats. As we will traveling for such a long journey why can’t the ksrtc people can’t provide the proper bus. It was very disgusting experience. Please take care of such things.
