Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Illegally asking money without scanning fastag

In mundargi to Hadagali toll plaza they asking money without scanning fastag. Asked to scan fastag for that they shouted by using bad words and now allowed to go. They put over vehicle toll rate single journey. How it is possible in highways ?
There is no respect for drivers, owners, and common peoples in highways.
Kindly take necessary action to solve the problem.
