Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Impatient behaviour of monthly pass issuing staff in the bus stop

As every time I go to get monthly pass at KSRTC Bus Stand, Channapatna, the person who is working there to issue monthly pass is behaving impatiently and shouts at me in front of other passengers. It's already i got this experience for fourth time. It hurts me very much and affect me for the whole day. Please change that person for the sake of passengers mental health. I think that he may be in the need of counseling.
