It was informed by crew they have to use it as non ac and horrible suspension and seating arrangement.
While booking it was shown as ac sleeper bus.

220 rs amount got refunded which nullyfy the AC charges.

Updated by Raghu Raikar Initially crew member told that it was asked them to turn off AC and when the commuters start to quarrel they informed alternator is not working

Updated by Raghu Raikar As the bus is non AC Sleeper, 220 amount (for two person) got refunded by the crew.
