Hello Sir/Ma'am, I am a KSRTC bus passenger, who used the KSRTC VOLVO AIRAVAAT bus service on 27th December 2015. Unfortunately, the bus met with an accident as it got toppled near Chitradurga. I got severely injured in the accident, due to which I have suffered medical, mental and financial losses. I want to file an 'Insurance Claim' for the losses to get covered. Please guide me through the 'Insurance Claim Process' for the same.
