Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — ksrtc - refund not processed for more than a month

Hi! I booked a ticket on 11.09.2019 on the ksrtc mobile application and the two transaction was a failure. Ksrtc online transaction reference no.:ob39171840, ob39171792. I have mailed many times [protected]@ksrtc.org and haven't received any response from the team. An amount of rs (447*2) has been deducted from my account! I've tried reaching the following phone numbers (Account section) for more than 20 days now at all given office hours. Nobody picks up the phone! Please look into this at the earliest and please process my request asap. I do not wish to be directed to call these numbers again (They don't pick up at all be it any day of the week at the mentioned office hours!) [[protected]].
