Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — KSRTC ticket not booked but Amount deducted

I tried to book the ticket but the ticket was not booked and amount is deducted from my account.

Kindly request you to refund the amount which was deducted from my account.

Kindly find below booking details.

Booking date: 26/10/2022
Amount: 682

As per instruction provided in KSRTC website. Money will be returned back with in 7 working days. But I didn't get my money back to my account.

We have sent an email to [protected]@ksrtc.org. But there is no response from the team.
