I have sent an email complaint to ksrtc dt 26.12.2017. But not got any reply from them. Sent few reminders aswell but of no use. Re submitting my complaint as below...
I have booked a to and fro ticket on a ksrtc non ac sleeper bus from bengaluru to coimbatore and back.
Bengaluru to coimbatore ticket on 22.12.2017, trip code 2148bngcbt / ticket no j67744185, firstly i should congratulate the driver cum conductor (One man), who handled the passengers politely and allowed to stop when requested for loo etc. I was very much happy with the service.
But i had the reverse experience when i travelled back from coimbatore to bengaluru on 24.12.2017 on a ksrtc non ac sleeper, trip code 2130cbtbng / pnr j67744135.in this bus driver and conductor is seperate.
From the start of the journey the conductor was behaving with all the passengers roughly. He behaved like boss / owner of the bus. If requested for a stop he starts murmering and argues and shouts. Many passengers had an argument with him.
In my case, i was alloted my seat on a twin sharing berth. After few hours of journey, since the bus was not full, a single sleeper berth (Seat no 4) was vacant and i requested him whether i can swich to that seat. He started saying that is reserved and alloted for a lady, i have requested him for the third time again after crossing salem. Again he gave a negative answer with murmering and commanded me to go back to my birth. To my surprise few seats were vacant in the bus. (You can check the trip sheet for your reference).
His behaviour with me and others were in singular. Finally till i got down at silk board he didnt allot me that seat, which was vacant till blr.
The bus time was at 9:30 pm. Passengers including me were at the bus stand from 8:30 pm, and all started approaching him for boarding from 8:45 pm. But till 9 :15pm, he didnt allow the passengers to board the bus due to this the bus delayed departing 20 mins late.
Would request the concerned to take action against such arrogant staff and make them to change their behaviour.
My mail is to improve the service of the staff, so that other passengers who travel get a pleasant travel.
