Dear sir I have booked ticket from shimoga to vidyanagar jindal on 27-1-20. The bus was reaching shimoga at 1- 30am but still not reached. I called the conductor to ask the time. After 10 minutes bus reached the stand. Wen i came to get in the bus the conductor harshly told that why u people cal us and destroy our sleep... Is this kind of service you ksrtc servants serving.. If we are not supposed to cal then why you providing the no??? I believe you will take the action on him. Bus details:.
