Dear sir,
I booked an online ticket to Mysuru on 23/12/2021 to travel on 24/12/2021
My PNR number is J85830333, txn number is 5118.
Above bus had to arrive at 4:30am, I booked this to reach Mysuru at 8am at the worst case.
But I didn’t get any information regarding bus till 5:30am at Mysuru satellite bus station.so I left with another KSRTC bus by purchasing a new ticket.
So you have to give explanation for this.
1.why there is no message or mail wrt bus driver/conductor contact details ?
2.Even though I reached bus stand at 4.05am, nobody was knowing anything about the bus.why?
3.I don’t have option of cancelling the ticket even though bus was not at all there till 5:30 am and no information when it will come?
4.If this is the situation, nobody is there to guide us even in the enquiry room.why ?
You can check CCTV for this
5.If this is the case why have u not given an option to convert the same ticket to other bus. So it’s like a punishment for booking the ticket prior
Please clarify all this asap otherwise I will raise this issue in public platform as well as with higher authority.
