With pnr j60391534 travelled from bengalur to nellore on dt.[protected]. Bus came to boarding point kr puram by 10:35 pm against 10.10 pm messaged. However, the crew stopped at some hotel adjacent the highway at 11.03 pm for their dinner and again moved on by 11.28 pm. The arrogant behaviour of the driver is intolerable for passengers who prefer to travel in airavat class by spending higher ticket cost. By not placing in point at tirupathi, ksrtc was also forced to reach nellore with only 6 passengers. Ensure' advise of courteous attitude to drivers' towards passengers, who expect minimum courtesy. Avoid arrogant drivers to club class vehicles.
