Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — overcharged for ticket from mysore to gudalur and misbehavior of the conductor

It was charged rs 540 for a travel between mysore to gudalur. And the conductor behaved very bad. And used unparliamentary words. The bus was 1 hr late and stoped and asked me to leave before my dropping point (Gudalur)

I want you to take action for this. I need the refund and compensation for the money which i spent to take a cab from that place to my dropping place
