I had booked ksrtc rajahamsa book 2 weeks before for 22 october 2017 as it was a festival time.
I received a cancellation message two days before and i need to return to bangalore but i do not have any reservation.
This is high case of irresponsibility as the i am helpless and cannot return to bangalore on monday.
The customer care service is the worst as they asked me book in ksrtc sarige saying that it's a semi sleeper. I need a justification as what is happening and how do i attend my office on monday morning? Was this information helpful? |
