I am Bhasha Saraswathi Kana, i have tried to book a ticket from Uppinangady to Bengaluru on 20th November 2022 and 11th December 2022.
Both the time i paid through Paytm, the amount got deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. Soon i got an Email from KSRTC with a
OB ref: OB[protected]th Nov)
OB ref: OB[protected]th Dec) respectively.
I have mailed to [protected]@ksrtc.org many times and i have not recieved any response. Then i called [protected] twice and the customer care agent told me that she will raise a complaint . Upto today i havent recieved any update and no refund has been given. I have lost ₹512 two times, i.e ₹1024 .
I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.
