Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — refund for failed transactions

I had made booking on ksrtc system on 22nd august 2019. The transaction failed twice and the money was deducted at both instances (Approx inr 3800). I have written to the ksrtc team for refund of the money last week, but they have not acknowledged the email. [ob number - ob[protected]Transaction 1) and ob[protected]Transaction 2)]

Hoping to see some response from the ksrtc team.
