[Resolved]  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — refund fraud and not giving my money back

Hello,

I made a booking from bengaluru to pondicherry on 5th march and finally cancelled the booking from my end. It's been more than 3 weeks but still now i have not got my refund amount. I want ksrtc to refund the amount as soon as possible. I have attached the necessary screenshot for your reference.
I have also mentioned the pnr number and registered mobile number.
