I had booked the tickets with the below details.

My boarding point was Edapally Toll Junction and the pick up point was 7:25pm.
We were stuck in traffic while reaching the pick up point and had called up the driver at 7:25 pm that we will be delayed by some time and the driver agreed to wait for 5-10 mins being a traffic centric junction.
We tried to reach per the agreed time but when we were to reach the point by 7:40 the driver moved the vehicle and asked us to come towards the next stop which is aluva junction which was 10kms from the existing point.
Hence we again boarded an auto to make it to the second point.But, still because of heavy traffic in the highway road we were being delayed and the driver moved from the second point and left us.
When asked about the same he advised that he had waited almost 20-25 mins for us at the two points and the other passengers were complaining about the delay.We completely understand that there was a delay because of the heavy traffic and we tried out best to reach the point.
I had requested the driver to wait for few mins moving away from the Edapally Toll plaza to some distance where there is no traffic instead he asked to come us all the way to next point which was 10 kms.
This travel time for us would have been reduced if he had waited at a short distance from the edappaly point instead of aluva.
We were travelling with family and when i told the same to him he repeatedly said that it's our fault instead of waiting for us just few mins from the Edapally point.
When my friends wife spoke with him he confronted to her to pass the call to elders and that he cannot speak to children and which was very rude of him.
Because we missed the bus we had to undergo a burden of spending more than 5k to some private travellers to return to Bengaluru.
We did not have any other as we were travelling with family and to a different state and we had to take a decision as soon as possible because it was getting late night.
This unexpected burden of money, stress, humiliation to lady did cause us a lot of disturbance. I told the driver that being a kannadiga he should the fellow kannadigas and instead he rejected to do so and caused us the intense burden of Stress and Tension the whole night.
The reason i booked a KSRTC bus stop was that i had faith and trust ove the department but instead the Dept person negligence and Rude behaviour failed to do so.
This could have avoided if he had waited for few mins near the edappaly bus stop instead of next stop.
Hence I request you to provide us the refund of the ticket fare as we proactively updated to everything to driver and instead driver though waited but didn't help us till the end at late night hours.
Hoping a positive response from your end as this is serious that needs to be considered from our point if view. I have tried to explain everything that happened, feel free to approach me for any other information.
