Hoping that i have reached the right person if not direct to the right one.
I have booked 2 seats to travel from bangalore to kochi on april 15. And as the lockdown extended i cancelled the tickets on april 12. I got one message from the authorities saying that they have initiated the refund process and i will get the fund within 5 business days. And i haven't received any till date. Here i am attaching my details:
