[Resolved]  Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — Refund of the amount deducted while booking online tickets when tickets is not confirmed

Sir, I booked a ticket 2 times on 17 Jun 2024 via the online Ksrtc website and Ksrtc app It is been more than 7 days I have not received the refund of my ticket amount kindly check and refund my amount of 888+888=1776 Rupees

There is no response even though I called the call center and refund mobile number they have mentioned in ksrtc website
