I had booked a package tour to Tirupati with KSRTC on 01st October 2022 and the trip was scheduled for 09th October 2022.
I had booked another ticket to Tirupati through another travel agent scheduled for 09th October 2022.
So I immediately tried to cancel the ticket booked via KSRTC 02nd & 04th Oct but couldn't cancel because I got an error on their portal. So I sent an email to their email ID '
KSTDC Support ' asking to cancel the ticket. I had sent multiple chasers but they did not cancel the ticket. Instead they responded stating " As Per Guidelines imposed from Tirupati Tirumala Package Tour there will be no cancellations or any modifications allowed before 07 days of departure. "
Which means I can cancel the ticket any day between 2nd Oct and 9th Oct.
IN spite of repeated chasers, they have not refunded the amount. they had called me 2 to 3 times stating we will get back to you. but after that they have stopped calling me, responding to my call and emails.
Kindly request you to raise a complaint against them and help me get the refund for the ticket.
