Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of one of your KSRTC bus drivers. Today, on my journey from Hassan city to MCE Bus stop, the driver refused to make a scheduled stop at the designated rest area and instead continued driving without any explanation.
When I asked the driver about the reason for not stopping, he responded with rude and offensive language. I found this behavior to be completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
As a passenger, I expect to receive courteous and respectful treatment from your staff. However, the actions of this driver have left a negative impression on my overall experience with KSRTC.
I would like to request that you take appropriate action to address this issue and ensure that your drivers are trained to provide excellent customer service. Additionally, I would appreciate an apology for the behavior of your driver during my recent trip.
I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take necessary steps to avoid such incidents in the future.
