Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — requesting refund for bus break down

I was travelling from coimbatore (departed at 10.28 PM IST) to Bangalore on 23rd September 2019 and the bus got break down quite far away from krishnagiri around 3AM IST 24th September. Since we are in the Midway we didn't find any alternative ksrtc bus around and we have been left without any help and no response from driver and conductor as well and atlast we took a pass by private bus . This is highly frustrating as I should report by 6Am at office and this happened. There is no proper maintanence and also they are not user friendly.Please initiate a refund for this request for smoother experience forth coming.Am already 3hours delay now.
