Today, I boarded a bus from Bangalore to Chittoor. I paid 300 rupees for the ticket, but the actual ticket price was 215 rupees. When I questioned the conductor, he said the remaining change of 85 rupees would be given later. So, I also decided to wait for the change when I got off the bus.
When the bus reached Chittoor, I asked the conductor for the remaining 85 rupees, He suggest to go to shop take 20 rupees I will give 100rs like that. I agreed and went to a nearby shop to get the remaining 20 rupees. However, when I returned, the bus had left the bustand, and I had to use my bike to catch up with it.
I asked the conductor for the 85 rupees that were due to me, but he laughed and said I sounded like the telugu people's who haggle over just 1 rupee. He is using very very bad words ( ni amma ni denga ni akka ni denga, lanja koduku, gaandu maaro) like this . He don't know how to behave with passenger and also he don't not given money to two more passengers 15rs 10rs like this. How can I digest this type of words .basically I am from Andhra but I preferred ksrtc I never getting this type of situation before the the passengers are also scared about listening words from conducter .I already complained to helpline number but there is no proper response from helpline dept .I kindly request to take an action on conductor.
