Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — rude behaviour of conductor to outsiders

I am traveling daily from chintamani to bangalore n vice versa as i have been posted to chintamani. I told the destination stop as tc palya. But he gave the ticket till bangalore last stop. When i asked he told there is no stop in tc palya. I told him next nearest stop is kr puram. Why don't u give that. The fare i was supposed to pay was 57. He charged me 72 instead. I argued but no use as i was a non kannada, he did this. The bus no. Is ka07-f1692. My ticket no. Is 323321 dated 2.1.2018. I notiçe that he didn't 'return exact change to other passengers too. I know u won't take any action, but for my satisfaction i have written this complaint.
