Conductor asking seat for the non reserved seats for the favour of other people who seemed him innocents. My parents are forced to wake up from the seats of 21 & 22

I'm travelling from Bidar to Nanded.in Bus no KA38 F979 ON 12.02.2023.
THE bus is unnecessarily stopping in between and taking luggage from road shops.it took 1.30 hrs from Bidar to Bhalki .
