Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — seat beside a single lady is allocated to a male and conductor and drives talk very rude!!! really annoying

I have booked the seat number 16 which is a double seat. As a single lady while travelling from raichur to hyderabad. Conductor has allocated the seat beside me to a male which is offline booking!! And when i asked for my seat he behaved very rude and joining him was the bus driver shouting at me!! This is really annoying for any single lady travelling!! I expect the strict action against them!!! They cannot do this to anyone single lady travelling. And pleas note my travel time was 12 am and i had no other option to choose as alternative!!! I expect and trust you to take some measures against them so that no one else faces this in future!! Bus travel date 2nd jan 2020 at 11 53 pm from raichur bus stop
