I booked the ticket in scania service to bangalore for boarding from kottayam on 6th oct 2018. Ksrtc newver informed about the cancellation of service and even the person sitting at the enquiry section in kottyam busstand reconfirmed the service is not cancelled. But even after 1 hr when the bus is not arrived, then i checked with trivandrum office and came to know that the service is cancelled. I don't know why they are not informing passengers about the cancellation.
Now they are not refunding the money which i paid to book the seat. Was this information helpful? |
