Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — successful payment is done. but ticket is not booked.

Hello, i had booked the ticket from bengaluru to belthangadi with return journey 5 oct 2019 at 21:02 and 8 oct 2019 at 21:20. Total payment is done 1119 rupees. But ticket booking has failed.
My account is deducted with the above amount but ticket is not booked. Ob reference number ob39395953.
Please check and refund. Transaction date 25 sept 2019.
