Ticket cancelled but didnot get any mail
I had booked a ticket online on ksrtc website on 25th february 2016 at around 21:09 p.m .
The PNR of the ticket is : J56109868. Name: satya prakash paul.
i cancelled the ticket around 21:20 p.m and it showed me the cancellation is done and you will receive a SMS shortly, but i did not receive any SMS and emails but the website showed the cancellation is done and to confirm which i had been trying to call the customer inquiry number and awatar as well but i got no response as the line was busy all the time i called. Around 11.30 p.m i got a call from KSRTC driver and the conductor of the bus to board the bus soon !!! but i had already cancelled my booking and they said its not cancelled yet. i tried all the numbers and process to inquire awatar and KSRTC to help me from this grievance. later i got connected to a number and they asked me to call in the morning as awatar is not available now. today i had called up awatar and they assured me of the refund and to send a mail regarding the faults of the website. but at the end of the day they are saying its not website issue and nothing can be done.

i request you to help me get the refund money back regarding this complaint i hope you would help me get my refund amount and build a better relationship with the customer in helping sorting this type of grievance... hope for a positive reply.
