Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — to refund my money | |||
Dear sir, I have booked two ticket through ksrtc online booking from mysore to mangalore, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from credit card of rs.816. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department. Online transaction reference number is ob39675891 date of booking is 06/10/2019. But when ever i call to them they are telling it will refund in another three days. Almost 10 days completed my amount not yet refunded. Please help me to get refund amount to my acount.
