Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — transaction declined but amount got debited from bank

Hi,
I was trying to book a round trip ticket from bangalore. Amount got debited from bank account but ticket did not get processed. I got a error message saying "your transaction has been declined or an error condition is detected" and it came to the home page. I have attached the error for reference.
Amount debited : 1246 rupees
I did not receive any information about refunding and tickets.
