Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [Ksrtc] — transaction failed, no refund - (ob[protected]

I tried booking a ticket on ksrtc.in on 10th september 2019 with the following ob reference number: ob39158320.

Money got deducted (Rs. 1758) but the transaction status showed as failed.

It is been more than 10 working days since the transaction but i have still not received the refund despite multiple follow ups.

Could you please let me know by when i can expect the refund?
