Respected sir, I have booked one ticket through ksrtc online booking, but the transaction got failed and my money got deducted from my account (Rs.1026) online transaction reference number is ob36818701 date of booking is 30/04/2019 payment method: upi. I had given complaint to ksrtc online refund department and it has been more than 7 working days but refund is not processed.
