Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation [KSRTC] — transport delay by 2 hours without notification (no message/no prior information/no notification)

I have booked ksrtc rajahamsa bus from st. Johns hospital bus stop (Boarding time: 21.16) to pudukottai for travelling on 21.12.2017 (Yesterday night).

Boarding time is 9.16pm and i was waiting at bus stand from 8.30pm till 10.45pm.

I didnt get any message about crew members details or phone call from crew members. I also tried to contact the previous ksrtc phone number which i got last time while travelling in same route at same bus and same timings. They didnt pick the call either.

So please refund my 411rs considering being a valuable customer.
