Dear sir, It is noted that Rs 5 is being collected by a person for usage o[censored]rnials at Shanthinagar Bus depot though it is written as free. When asked he is responding in a very bad way and using vulgar language. He is saying you can complaint to anybody you want. It is seen many times that such incidents occur.
